Scrim is a cellulose based nonwoven wiper constructed with a nylon web "scrim" between  multiple layers of paper.  Consequently, this nonwoven wiper has great absorbency and wet strength when compared to  conventional paper towels. White wipers are ideal for use in wiping applications where detecting grease and grime residue is essential.  Scrim wipers are best suited for low cost wiping needs.
